Acceptable Stay with a Couple of Issues

gorgeous lobby cute feel overcrowded reception long wait

The lobby looked gorgeous when I walked in. It felt cute! and looked amazing. The housekeeping staff kept my room super clean. It felt cute. Supervisor Bidur and Ashwin lead a team that were pretty good!

I waited over 25 minutes just to check in. The reception area was always overcrowded. Only 2 or 3 receptionists were available to handle a minimum of 10 to 15 guests at a time. The valet area was a mess. The entrance was packed and cars were parked all over the place.
