Tanique at reception and Shivraj in housekeeping provided really good service . Tanique displayed professionalism and warmth, always ready to assist with any requests. Shivraj's attention to detail ensured my room remained super clean. Their excellent hospitality.

The lobby looked gorgeous when I walked in. It felt cute! and looked amazing. The housekeeping staff kept my room super clean. It felt cute. Supervisor Bidur and Ashwin lead a team that were great!
I waited over 25 minutes just to check in. The reception area was always overcrowded. Only 2 or 3 receptionists were available to handle a minimum of 10 to 15 guests at a time. The valet area was a mess. The entrance was packed and cars were parked all over the place.

The hotel is close to a large shopping mall and food courts. the reception desk team is active and supportive. Vegans might need to be careful with their dish selection, though there are many non-vegetarian options. room service is quick, and the staff is helpful. i found my four-day stay to be a pleasant experience.
I found there weren't any decent tv options. I could not access netflix or share from my apple device.

The gym has ample equipment for a full workout. There is also a sauna available! The hotel connects directly to several restaurants. I appreciated the convenient access to dining options.
The air conditioning was not effective in my initial room. I notified the hotel but no action was taken. Only a light was fixed after reporting it the next morning at reception. The air conditioning remained inadequate. I expected better service.

I appreciated the well-equipped gym with its connected equipment. It helped me track my workouts. The cafe offered a nice selection and I enjoyed the Swiss Butter restaurant. The Waves bar has a happy hour in the early evening. It was a great way to unwind.
