My stay at Novotel Abu Dhabi Al Bustan was really enjoyable overall. The location is great, being comfortable and close to key areas, and I felt safe with the access control via the guest room card. However, I did notice some inconsistencies with the room service that could use improvement. Nonetheless, the staff were super friendly and attentive, making for a nice experience overall.

I had a mixed experience at Novotel Abu Dhabi Al Bustan. The location was convenient and the staff at the Waves poolside bar were really good, always welcoming and attentive. However, the service at the reception was careless and my request for a quiet room wasn't fulfilled, which made it hard for me to get a good night's sleep.

The Superior Queen room was average, but it had a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. However, I expected a higher floor for a quieter stay, but I ended up on the fifth floor.

The service was hit or miss. The poolside bar staff, especially Mira and Crissie, were fantastic and made us feel special. On the other hand, my experience with the reception staff was disappointing; they were unresponsive to my needs and did not show much care.

However, there were a few hiccups, such as the initial state of my room and some minor service issues that need attention. The first impression was marred by a lack of assistance with our heavy luggage, but the warm welcome from Ahmed at reception truly made a difference. The room had a lovely view of the pool, yet I was disappointed by the absence of basic amenities like slippers and gowns. While there were minor issues with housekeeping, the overall service from the staff was commendable.
