My stay at Novotel Abu Dhabi Al Bustan was really enjoyable overall. The location is great, being comfortable and close to key areas, and I felt safe with the access control via the guest room card. However, I did notice some inconsistencies with the room service that could use improvement. Nonetheless, the staff were super friendly and attentive, making for a nice experience overall.

I had a mixed experience at Novotel Abu Dhabi Al Bustan. The location was convenient and the staff at the Waves poolside bar were really good, always welcoming and attentive. However, the service at the reception was careless and my request for a quiet room wasn't fulfilled, which made it hard for me to get a good night's sleep.
